Which plan is right for me?
Start with Free if you are testing the product. Choose Hobby for solo releases with commercial use and 600 monthly credits. Choose Pro when you ship weekly or need more parallel capacity (1,700 credits). Choose Studio for heavier production queues, labels, or teams running many projects at once (3,800 credits).
How many credits does a music video cost?
Credits depend on the selected model, generation mode, and duration. A full 3-minute song costs more than a short clip because every segment uses generation time. Use the in-app estimate before you generate so you know the cost up front.
Can I use VibeMV videos commercially?
Commercial use starts with an active Hobby, Pro, or Studio subscription. Free-plan usage and standalone credit-pack usage are for personal, non-commercial projects only.
Do credit packs give me commercial rights or more throughput?
No. Credit packs are temporary top-ups for extra generation credits. They do not grant commercial rights, increase concurrent or waiting job limits, or turn a Free account into a subscription plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or change plans anytime from the billing page. Changes apply according to your current subscription cycle.
What is the refund policy?
All purchases — subscriptions and credit packs — are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period. If a technical issue prevents you from using the service, contact support@vibemv.app and we will review your case.
