Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about creating music videos with VibeMV.
Do I keep the rights to my music and videos?
Yes. You keep all rights to your original audio and the videos you export from VibeMV. Active subscriptions (Hobby, Pro, Studio) include commercial use. Free usage and standalone credit-pack usage are for personal, non-commercial projects only. We never claim ownership over your songs, prompts, or exported videos.
Where can I post the videos I make with VibeMV?
You can export your videos and post them to major platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, Reels and more, as long as you respect each platform's terms and any third-party rights (samples, covers, etc.).
What audio formats do you support?
VibeMV accepts MP3, WAV, AAC, M4A, FLAC, and AIFF audio uploads. For best results, use high-quality files at 320kbps or above. There is no need to convert your audio beforehand — just drag and drop your file and VibeMV handles the rest automatically.
How long does it take to generate a music video?
A typical 3-minute music video takes approximately 10-20 minutes, and lip-sync mode may take slightly longer. Short clips can finish in just a few minutes. You can close your browser and come back — we'll notify you when your video is ready.
Do I need to be good with prompts or video editing?
No. VibeMV includes an AI Director that helps analyze your song, plan the shots, and create the starting prompts. You can use the guided setup to generate an MV, quickly revise any shot, or make more detailed adjustments when you want finer control.
How do credits work?
Each generation uses credits based on video length and model cost. New accounts receive a one-time gift of 50 credits at sign-up. Subscriptions refresh monthly credits and raise throughput. One-time credit packs add extra personal-use generations but do not unlock commercial use or higher throughput.
Will prices go up in the future?
As we add more powerful models, prices may change, but existing subscribers will always get clear communication and fair upgrade options. We also keep a free tier so new creators can try the workflow.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your paid plan at any time from the billing page. You'll keep access to your past projects and exports, but credits will stop refreshing at the end of your billing period.
Can VibeMV create lip-sync singing videos?
Yes. Lip-sync mode helps generate singing shots matched to the vocal section. You do not need to manually cut the audio or line up the track; VibeMV handles the segmenting and timing, then you review the result before publishing.
What resolution and quality are VibeMV videos?
Videos are generated at 720p by default. Any plan can spend credits to upscale to 1440p for sharper detail. All exports use H.264 MP4 encoding at smooth frame rates, optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and all major streaming platforms.
What are the audio requirements for best results?
For best results, upload high-quality audio files in MP3 (320kbps), WAV, AAC, or M4A format. Songs can be up to 5 minutes long and 100MB in size. Tracks with clear beats and distinct sections produce better automatic scene transitions. For lip-sync mode, ensure your vocals are clearly separated from heavy instrumental layers.
Can I create vertical videos for TikTok and Reels?
Yes. VibeMV supports 9:16 vertical export for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You can generate a complete vertical music video or create short cutdowns from the same release workflow. All exports use H.264 MP4, with no extra conversion needed.
How do I use VibeMV videos on YouTube?
Export in 16:9 horizontal format for standard YouTube uploads, or 9:16 for YouTube Shorts. Subscription plans include commercial rights for monetized channels. Any plan can spend credits on 1440p AI upscaling for sharper playback on larger screens.
Is VibeMV good for independent musicians?
VibeMV is built for independent musicians who need release visuals without planning a full shoot. Create music videos, social assets, and live-show visuals, then review the output before publishing.
How does VibeMV compare to traditional music video production?
Traditional music video production depends on the concept, crew, locations, and post-production scope, and often takes weeks. VibeMV is a software workflow for generating reviewable AI videos and release assets from audio in minutes, with prompts, aspect ratios, optional lip sync, and upscaling handled in the app.
How is VibeMV different from AI video generators or music visualizers?
Music visualizers usually create waveforms, spectrum graphics, or looping backgrounds. General AI video generators usually make short standalone clips. VibeMV is built for longer songs: it plans a full set of shots, generates each section, and assembles the complete MV.
Can I generate multiple videos from the same track?
Yes! You can generate multiple visual variations from the same audio track, each with different prompts, styles, or aspect ratios. This is ideal for A/B testing content across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, or for exploring different artistic directions before choosing a final version. Each variation uses credits independently.
Does VibeMV support multiple languages?
VibeMV's interface is fully localized in English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Portuguese, and German. You can write visual prompts in any language, and the AI will interpret them accurately. Your uploaded music can be in any language — VibeMV analyzes audio signals, not lyrics, to generate visuals.
What is the refund policy?
We offer refunds for unused credit packages within 14 days of purchase. For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period. Contact support for any billing issues.
How is my audio and video data handled?
Your uploaded audio and generated videos are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. You can delete your projects and data at any time.
How does VibeMV generate music videos from a song?
Upload your audio file, choose a visual style and prompts for each segment, and VibeMV's AI generates matching video clips using advanced diffusion models. The clips are automatically synced to your music's rhythm and concatenated into a complete music video. No video editing experience is needed — the entire process is guided step by step.
What's the difference between lip-sync mode and normal mode?
Lip-sync mode uses specialized AI to animate a character's mouth movements in sync with vocals, ideal for music videos featuring a singer. Normal mode generates cinematic visuals that match the mood and tempo of your music without lip synchronization. Choose lip-sync for vocal-focused tracks and normal mode for instrumental or atmosphere-driven pieces.
How many free credits do I get and what can I make with them?
New users receive 50 free credits at sign-up as a one-time gift — enough to generate several short clips or explore the full workflow. Additional credit packs are available for extra personal-use generations, or you can subscribe for monthly credits, commercial use, and higher throughput.
Can I use VibeMV-generated videos for commercial purposes?
Commercial use is included with active subscriptions (Hobby, Pro, and Studio). Free usage and standalone credit-pack usage are for personal, non-commercial projects only. Credit packs only add extra generations; they do not unlock commercial rights.
Are VibeMV videos watermark-free?
Yes. VibeMV exports are watermark-free today. Watermarks are not used as a plan boundary.
What visual styles can I create with VibeMV?
VibeMV supports a wide range of visual styles including anime, cinematic realism, abstract art, pixel art, watercolor, and more. You control the look through text prompts and style references for each segment. Different AI models offer distinct aesthetic strengths, so you can mix styles across scenes to match your music.
When is VibeMV the best fit?
VibeMV is best when you already have a finished song and want a complete AI music video from it. It analyzes the song, plans the shots, generates performance, story, dance, or lip-sync scenes, and assembles them into a complete MV you can review and export.
When is VibeMV not the best fit?
VibeMV is not a frame-by-frame video editor, a live-action shoot replacement, or a music-rights licensing service. It does not clear samples, covers, sync rights, master rights, or platform claims. If you need exact shot-by-shot control, actor footage, or guaranteed character continuity across every frame, plan for manual review and post-production.
What should I review before publishing a generated video?
Review generated shots for scene timing, weak frames, character consistency, lip-sync timing, captions, prompts, aspect ratio, audio rights, and platform rules before publishing. Start with a short test section for new styles or vocal tracks, then regenerate or edit any sections that do not meet your release standard.
